PTO Sponsored Apple Giving Tree:
As the school year progresses, the teachers have needs for small items to help with projects and fun activities. To help fill this need the PTO is sponsoring a Giving Tree located in the commons area during the Festival of Trees event held December 3-20. The PTO will hang paper apples on the tree with teacher names, grade and an item on each apple from the teacher’s wish list like tissues, Ziploc bags, markers, yarn, Clorox wipes, etc. If you would like to participate, when you visit the Festival of Trees you may remove an apple from the tree and send back with your child the selected gift along with the paper apple ornament attached. If you are unable to make it to the school during the busy holiday season, you could send a note with your child to school allowing your child to take an apple off the tree and bring it home. Then you can send the gift along with the paper apple attached back in to the school with your child. Participation is voluntary. For questions, contact Misty Cremers at 839.7471.
